Rescheduling & cancellation policy
For services lasting more than 1.5 hours, a 50% deposit of the expected service fee is required within 24 hours of booking.
If the deposit is not received, we’re unable to secure your appointment.
Rescheduling or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 100% service fee.
